Are you providing rides to other places in Slovenia?
|
We offer taxi transfers from Ljubljana airport to any town or adress in Slovenia and near abroad. We will also organize a return transfer back to the airport Ljubljana from any place in Slovenia and near abroad.

Can you collect us from airports in Italy or Austria?
|
Yes, we can pick you up at any airport in countries bordering Slovenia. A few airports that are very popular with tourist and business travelers are Venice and Trieste in Italy, Vienna Austria, and Zagreb Croatia.

How can I pay for my ride?
|
We offer different options of payment. Our services can be prepaid online by credit card, Paypal, e-banking, and bank transfer. You can also pay your transfer directly to the driver by cash or card. For all transfers starting in Italy, Austria, Croatia, and Hungary prepayment is mandatory.

If I need to cancel my pick up, do I get my money back?
|
We will return 100 % of the net amount paid if service is canceled at least 24 hours prior to any transfer or tour. For cancellation in a period shorter than 24 hours prior to transfer or tour and for no show-up, we follow no refund policy. Exceptions to the no refunds policy are made only in a case of force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or natural disasters that result in the inability to traverse the roads.

How to order a taxi from the airport Ljubljana?
|
Most simple way is to order a taxi in advance. Since you already know from the day you purchased tickets when is your flight, you can also order a taxi in advance. Easyest way is to send us an email with your name, flight number, plus date and hour of landing at the airport in Ljubljana. All the rest is on us, we constantly monitor all flights on airport´s official site so we know exactly when your plane is gona land. Another way is to call us or send an SMS. In any case we will respond to you as soon as possiblle. If you didn´t order taxi in advance you can still call us when already on the airport, just in this case you will need to wait some 20 minutes.

What are other options to get from the airport to the city Ljubljana?
|
As for now (January 2020) there are no Uber or Lyft services in Slovenia. At the airport in Ljubljana, there are a few shuttle providers that offer shared ride transfers from airport to city per flat rate of 10 euro per person. Taking shared-ride minivan to the city will typically take quite some time as first they need to be full and second they go to many different destinations in the city. Another option is a cab from the taxi stand in front of the airport building that is available around the clock but is quite expensive. Such a taxi ride from the airport to the city can cost you 60- 70 euro.

If I book online do I get a confirmation?
|
You will receive an automatic response confirming we got your booking right away. You will also get a second confirmation email with meet and greet details shortly after that, but in case later than in 24 hours. We check every booking form " by hand" to avoid possible mistakes made on the booking form.

Do I need to pay right away?
|
For most rides inside Slovenia, no prepayment is needed, you can pay directly to the driver. For pick-ups from Italy and Austria we ask for either a nonrefundable deposit, or full prepayment with no cancellation fee up to the last 24 hours before pick up.

How can I cancel my ride booked online?
|
The easiest way is to respond to the confirmation email you got from us. The other option is to call us, tell us the name used on the booking form, and let us know you wish to cancel.

Why is my mobile number mandatory on the booking form?
|
We need your mobile number just in case if after the agreed time you still do not show up at the pick-up address. Your driver will only in this case try to contact you before he retreats. The only other time we would call you, is in case of delays, or if we would recommend an earlier start due to problems on the road.
